Practices on Vastoco build reputational value through merit. These guidelines outline portfolio copyright compliance, response window benchmarks, and consultation code protocols.
1. Authentic Portfolio Representation
All project images, renders, and site photographs uploaded to your portfolio must represent work executed or designed by your practice. Uploading 3D renders without disclosing them as conceptual renders, or stealing photography from other studios, will result in profile de-indexing.
2. Consultation Code & Response Window Benchmarks
Practices must respond to incoming consultation requests within their declared response window (e.g. 24 hours). 6-digit meeting codes must be verified promptly upon meeting completion.
