Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Vastoco Private Limited ("Vastoco", "we", "us" or "our"), CIN U63122UW2026PTC259452, having its registered office at 38, Lokendra Puri, Gari Bhadauriya, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282002, India. They apply to the Vastoco website, applications, APIs and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or booking or offering a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the applicable Conditions of Use and Professional Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to contract under Indian law, and located in India. Vastoco currently supports Indian professionals and projects located in India. You must provide accurate, current information and may not use the platform where doing so would violate law, professional rules or another binding obligation.

Vastoco is a technology marketplace and SaaS platform. We help eligible clients discover and engage verified Architects, Interior Designers and Vastu Consultants, and provide professionals with workflow, profile, communication and business tools. Vastoco is not the architect, designer, consultant, contractor, employer, agent or representative of either party.

The professional—not Vastoco—is responsible for their advice, drawings, designs, deliverables, conduct, licences, insurance, project compliance and performance. Verification means that we reviewed specified information at a point in time; it is not an endorsement, warranty or guarantee of quality, suitability, availability or results.

• Maintain one genuine account for yourself or your authorised organisation and keep its information accurate.
• Protect passwords, one-time passcodes and logged-in devices; do not share, sell or transfer an account.
• Tell us promptly at info@vastoco.in if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you reported compromise without delay.
• We may require re-verification after material profile changes, suspicious activity or credential expiry.

Professionals must submit genuine identity, qualification and credential information. Architects must maintain a valid Council of Architecture registration where required. Professionals must renew expiring credentials and inform Vastoco promptly of suspension, cancellation, disciplinary action or any restriction on practice.

Vastoco may request updated documents, contact an issuing authority where lawful, temporarily hide an expired profile, or suspend access while a verification concern is reviewed. A public "Verified" indicator does not shift professional responsibility to Vastoco.

Clients must describe their requirements honestly, share only information they are authorised to share, attend scheduled consultations and evaluate whether a professional is suitable for the project. Clients remain responsible for final project, contractual and spending decisions and for obtaining site-specific, legal or regulatory advice where necessary.

The professional's fee, applicable taxes, payment timing and material booking conditions will be shown before payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Vastoco does not store complete card, UPI or bank credentials.

Vastoco deducts a 15% platform commission from the professional's eligible consultation fee at payout. Professionals are responsible for their own tax, invoicing and regulatory obligations. Detailed cancellation, rescheduling, refund and payout rules appear in the Conditions of Use and Professional Services.

Consultations and platform content are informational and advisory. They do not guarantee approvals, budgets, timelines, construction outcomes, legal compliance, structural safety or commercial results. Any continuing project after a consultation should be governed by a separate written agreement directly between client and professional, including scope, fees, deliverables, milestones, intellectual property and liability.

You retain ownership of profiles, portfolios, project descriptions, reviews, questions, answers and other content you submit. You grant Vastoco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the platform.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use submitted content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual property or professional obligations. Vastoco may review, restrict or remove unlawful, copied, misleading, unsafe or abusive content. We will not use a user's portfolio in paid advertising or social-media promotion without separate consent.

Reviews must reflect a genuine completed engagement and must not be bought, exchanged, manipulated or posted by a conflicted party. We may request evidence, label disputed content, limit visibility or remove content that is fake, abusive, irrelevant, unlawfully discloses personal information or breaches these Terms. A negative review is not removed merely because it is critical when it describes a genuine experience fairly.

• Fake identity, impersonation, forged credentials, misleading portfolios, plagiarism or fabricated reviews.
• Fraud, payment manipulation, abusive chargebacks or attempts to evade Vastoco's commission.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, unlawful surveillance or unsafe conduct.
• Misuse of client or professional data, including unsolicited marketing or disclosure without authority.
• Illegal, unethical or professionally prohibited advice or services.
• Scraping, spam, malware, security testing without written approval, account sharing or access interference.
• Repeated unjustified cancellations or no-shows, or conduct that materially harms marketplace trust.
• Breach of applicable law, professional-body requirements or another person's intellectual-property rights.

We may immediately restrict an account where fraud, forged documents, safety threats, data misuse, unlawful conduct or a serious security risk is reasonably suspected. For other concerns, we ordinarily provide notice, an opportunity to explain, and a proportionate response such as warning, content removal, temporary restriction or termination.

We may preserve relevant records, pause payouts where legally permitted, cooperate with authorities, and take reasonable steps to protect affected users. Appeals may be sent to info@vastoco.in with supporting information. An appeal does not prevent urgent protective action.

Vastoco's brand, software, layouts, databases and original platform materials belong to Vastoco or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Payment, authentication, messaging, hosting, analytics, storage and video features may be provided by third parties and may also be subject to their terms. Vastoco selects and manages providers with reasonable care but does not control every outage, policy change or external service. We will take reasonable steps to restore or provide alternatives for essential functions.

We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue platform features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where a material change affects a paid service, active booking or your legal rights, we will provide reasonable notice and any remedy required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Vastoco does not warrant that a particular professional, recommendation, quotation or project outcome will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits statutory consumer rights, or excuses fraud, wilful misconduct or obligations imposed by law. Subject to those protections, Vastoco is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a professional's independent services or a user's unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, content, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. Vastoco will notify you of such a claim and allow reasonable participation in its defence. This clause does not apply to losses caused by Vastoco's own breach or negligence.

Please first contact support at info@vastoco.in with the booking or account reference and relevant evidence. We will try to resolve the matter through the grievance process and good-faith discussion or mediation.

Unresolved commercial disputes that are legally capable of arbitration may be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue will be Agra, Uttar Pradesh, proceedings will be in English, and Indian law will apply. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a Consumer Commission or any other mandatory remedy available under applicable law. Subject to those rights, courts at Agra will have jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms and will publish the effective date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Conditions of Use and Professional Services, and any accepted order-specific terms form the agreement for your use of Vastoco. No failure to enforce a provision is a waiver of it.
