Conditions of Use for Career Applicants

These conditions apply to anyone who creates a candidate account or applies for a role through the Vastoco careers pages. They add to our Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Browse open roles and read their details.
• Create a candidate account and sign in to apply.
• Apply with your resume as a PDF or DOCX file of 5 MB or smaller, optional portfolio and LinkedIn links, and answers to the role's questions.
• Track the status of your applications from your candidate account.
• Ask us to update or delete your application data.

• Give true and complete information. A false statement or fake document can lead to rejection, or to termination if it is found after hiring.
• Submit only your own work and documents. Do not copy another person's resume or portfolio.
• Do not include Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords, or details about your caste, religion or health in your resume or answers. We do not need them to consider you.
• Do not use bots, scrapers or automated tools on the portal, and do not send spam or abusive messages.
• Treat our team with respect in every message and interview.

• Vastoco never charges any fee for applying, interviewing, joining, training, a laptop or a security deposit.
• Our hiring emails come only from an address ending in @vastoco.in. We do not hire through WhatsApp-only chats or personal email accounts.
• We do not ask you to share an OTP, your banking password or card details.
• If someone asks you for money in our name, do not pay. Tell the Grievance Officer and report it to the cyber crime portal at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930.

• Any test or assignment is for evaluating you. We will not use your output in our products or business without your written agreement.
• Do not share another company's confidential information in an interview or assignment.
• Interviews are not recorded without telling you first.

We consider applicants on merit and on the needs of the role. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, disability, marital status, age or place of origin. If you need an adjustment for an interview, tell us and we will do what we reasonably can.
