Terms and Conditions for Students

This agreement is between you and Vastoco Private Limited ("Vastoco"). By registering as a student you also accept our Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use for Students.

• You must be at least 18 years old, enrolled in a design course, and located in India.
• Give accurate details and keep one account only. Protect your login.
• A student account is for a portfolio and identity only. It cannot offer paid services.

It is free to create a student profile and to upload your work. We will not charge you without showing the price first and asking for your agreement.

You keep the copyright in your work. You give Vastoco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, format and display your content, your name, photo and college on your profile and on the Inspiration page, to operate, secure and improve the platform. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that must stay for legal reasons or in backups for a short time.

We will not use your work in paid advertising or social media promotion without separate consent from you.

• Your work is yours or you have permission to publish it, and it does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Your ID and the details you give are genuine.
• You follow the Conditions of Use for Students and the law.

If you believe your work has been copied on Vastoco, send the Grievance Officer the link, proof that you made the work and your contact details. We will review it and may remove the content. We may also remove content when a court or authority orders it, as the law requires.

Vastoco does not guarantee visibility, followers, internships, jobs, clients or any other opportunity. If we offer internships, jobs or micro-tasks in future, they will have their own terms, and you will be able to choose whether to accept them.

The platform is provided as available. Vastoco is not responsible for what other users do with the public information on your profile, but we will act on reports as described in our terms. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

We may restrict or close an account for the reasons in the Conditions of Use for Students. You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Your public uploads are then removed, subject to the limits in section 4.

Indian law applies. Please first raise the issue with our Grievance Officer. Disputes that remain unresolved are handled as set out in the complaints and dispute resolution section of our Terms and Conditions: arbitration seated at Agra, Uttar Pradesh for commercial disputes that can be arbitrated, and the courts at Agra for the rest. Nothing in this document stops a consumer from approaching a Consumer Commission or using any other remedy that the law gives.
